Q: How are email readings delivered?
A: All email readings are sent directly to your inbox, usually within a week. You'll receive a written reading that you can keep, reread, and reflect on whenever you need.

Q: Can I book a reading for someone else?
A: Yes, absolutely! Just make sure you have their permission—especially for mediumship or psychic work. Energy flows best when it's open and consensual. And make sure to put a note in saying it's for them. 

Q: What if I don’t know what I need?
A: No worries at all. You can check out the “What Reading Do I Book?” guide above—or just pop me a message and I’ll help you find the best fit.

Q: Are your readings accurate?
A: I always aim to give honest, compassionate, and intuitive guidance—but no psychic is 100%. I promise to share what comes through clearly and with love. However, my pregnancy predictions are 98.9% accurate and my gender predictions are 99.3% accurate after giving predictions to around 5000.

Q: Can you guarantee I’ll find my lost item?
A: I can’t guarantee it, but I’ll pass on every energetic clue I receive. Many clients have found their items this way—including a tortoise!

Q: Do you offer emergency readings?
A: Yes! If you need a quick turnaround, click here to book an emergency session. (Make sure you message me first so I can confirm availability.)

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Due to the nature of intuitive work, all readings are non-refundable. That said, if anything feels off or unclear, please reach out—I’m always happy to talk things through. You are paying for my time and energy.
